I have to say that Winter does have some great night time wedding photography opportunites and Waterton Park Hotel is one of the best venues for night time wedding photography. Just look at that sky!!

The Snow Machine at Waterton Park Hotel Wakefield

I haven't been to Waterton Park Hotel for a while and it's always great to go back as I know the staff really well and also the venue! This wedding photograph is from a very recent wedding before Christmas where Waterton Park Hotel provided the snow machine for the bride and groom.

Even if it doesn't snow on your wedding day Waterton Park can make it happen in the Winter!

Fairfields Manor York Wedding Photography

This wedding saw me visit Fairfields Manor York for wedding photography. The bride and groom had gone for a mixture of action heros and also Harry Potter for their wedding theme and it worked really well. There were light sabers and wands used in their wedding photography and it produced some great wedding photographs.

The day started with the bride and her preparations before meeting with the groom and his men. The bride arrived and the ceremony began which was filled with lots of lovely moments. After this it was time for the family group wedding photographs in the grounds of Fairfields Manor Hotel York before we had some fun with the bride and groom and their Harry Potter wands! The bride and groom also had some ideas that they had seen and wanted to try for their wedding photography and that's something I also encourage to do!

This was followed by the wedding breakfast and speeches before we made a light saber tunnel for the bride and groom to walk through and the first dance.
